  • Open it once a day (or skip days — both are fine)

  • Check in honestly with how you feel in your body

  • Choose one prompt or action that feels doable without tension

  • Stop when your body says stop

  • Close it and move on with your day

Reading without acting still counts. Safety comes before execution.
